Who is responsible
CONTICSA is a software development and IT consulting company based in San Salvador, El Salvador. We are responsible for the personal data you send us through www.conticsa.com. You can reach us at gerencia@conticsa.com or +503 7988-4139.
What data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to send us:
- Contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number and the message you write.
- Direct contact: any information you include when you email us or message us on WhatsApp.
- Technical data: our hosting provider automatically logs data such as IP address, browser and the page requested, for security and to operate the site.
How we use your data
We use your data only to answer your inquiry, prepare quotes, deliver the services you request and support products such as IVATOOLS. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for advertising.
Service providers
To run this website we work with the following providers, which process data on our behalf:
- Formspree: receives contact form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
- Vercel: hosts the website and processes the technical logs of each visit.
- Google Fonts: serves the site typefaces; when they load, your browser shares your IP address with Google.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track your activity across other websites. If we add measurement tools in the future, we will update this policy before enabling them.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to respond and maintain the business relationship, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. For IVATOOLS, invoicing data is stored locally on the customer’s own computer.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to gerencia@conticsa.com. We will respond within a reasonable time in line with applicable law.
